Hell yes, chef! High hopes have now become a reality, as FX is moving forward with their critically-acclaimed and award-winning series “The Bear” — which was no sure thing, given the volatile nature of streaming television these days. Still, viewers now have a pretty solid reason to remain subscribed to Hulu, while newcomers have added incentive to catch up on the foodie phenomenon of the past few years ahead of season 3.
Season 1 consisted of eight episodes, while the sophomore season upped that to a total of 10. No information was given about the episode order for season 3 or of any exact return date beyond 2024, but one would imagine much remains in the air as the writers have only just gotten back to work while the specter of the SAG-AFTRA strike continues to loom large overhead. Maybe don’t expect season 3 to follow the exact same pattern established by the prior two, however, as a summer 2024 debut would probably be pushing things. Still, at least fans can now breathe easy and look forward to season 3, which will be made available on Hulu for subscribers in the United States, on Star+ for those residing in Latin America, and Disney+ in all other territories worldwide.
Seasons 1 and 2 of “The Bear” are currently available to stream to Hulu.
